Our full privacy policy is being finalized with counsel. The summary below describes how CheckCheck handles information today; the complete policy will be published here before public launch.

CheckCheck Technology processes information submitted through pilot and product systems according to contractual and regulatory obligations (including GLBA safeguards for Non-Public Personal Information handled in the verification API).
This marketing site, when deployed, may collect contact form data separately from payment verification NPI. Operational retention and encryption standards are documented in the product policy suite in the CheckCheck repository.
